The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to secure essential resources and funds for our programs.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about our cause, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record in resource mobilization and fundraising.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and fundraising plans.
Identify and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations.
Design and implement innovative fundraising campaigns.
Develop compelling marketing materials and utilize digital channels.
Build and maintain strong donor relationships.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing and fundraising professionals.
Manage fundraising budgets and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing and fundraising in the non-profit sector.
Proven success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and donor management software.
Passionate commitment to MALC's mission.
