MFG Precision Pros Located in Peshawar is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer with over 3 years of experience in programming, designing, and optimizing CNC machining operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can interpret technical drawings, develop CNC programs, and enhance machining processes to meet precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for machining centers, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machines.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure the accuracy of CNC programs.
Create detailed CAD models and CAM programs using industry-standard software.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
Troubleshoot programming issues and make adjustments to optimize machining performance.
Maintain detailed records of programs, tool lists, and setup sheets.
Continuously improve processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer in a precision machining environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
Experience with G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, and interpretation of technical drawings.
Knowledge of tooling selection and workholding techniques.
