You will be crucial in promoting and selling our luxury apartments. You will generate leads, meet potential clients, and close sales. Your goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers. Understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits of Magaan Residences.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving company sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position Magaan Residences in the market.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process sales documents, contracts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and assistance, addressing any issues or concerns that clients may have.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with online sales and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Personal Traits: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
