• Maintaining a supportive and motivated work environment requires effective communication with both team members and down-liners.
• Organize regular meetings to talk about achievements, difficulties, and potential upgrades.
• Maintain a good working connection with the company's executives and staff.
• Maintain a harmonious workplace by quickly dealing with any issues.
Qualification: Academic Degree in any Field.
Skills:
• Able to read and interpret English or Hindi with ease.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to fulfill deadlines and work under pressure.
