Brand / Content Manager

MA Dental, a leading global supplier of high-quality instruments to the dental and health care industries, with a presence in over 20 countries, is looking for a Brand Content Manager for our newly built office and factory in Sialkot.

To succeed in this role you need to have the passion and skill to create strong messages to new and existing customers that inspires them to action as well as convert them into actual paying customers.

The candidate will coordinate key marketing projects and cooperate directly with the European Head Office in Denmark. The main responsibilities will include:

Develop creative content for all our social media, paid social channels, email marketing, websites, landing pages, product packaging, etc.
Work with our existing graphic designer on photo & video material as well as develop new ones
Work closely with our external agencies in the development of new ideas
Plan, organize, and edit stories, reels, and postings for MA Dental’s daily Instagram/FB/LinkedIn
Co-work with our graphic designer on the existing or self-made video material and work to establish influencer-created material to put into the perfect postings for our global customer base
Collect and analyze inspiring content, design, and trends on all relevant social platforms
Create captions for our social posts
Co-develop our own simple videos to be used on the website and other marketing materials such as reels and stories
Create customer-specific marketing content for our key B2B customers, ranging from local campaigns to tailored content and marketing materials

You also need to demonstrate the following skills and requirements:

Proven solid background working with marketing/brand content, preferably from an international environment
Ideally, experience in the online marketing & e-commerce field with a good sense of typography and copywriting
Basic understanding of all Adobe design apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Lightroom as well as basic skills in video creation)
A good eye for aesthetics and branding and being up to date with the latest relevant trends in the field
You are a team player and strive for good collaboration, but also work independently and know how to organize yourself efficiently
You have a result-driven way of working and are able to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced international work environment
Expert in English as there are many international contacts
Minimum bachelor’s degree
