Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions that effectively communicate client messaging and meet project goals.
- Produce high-quality visual designs, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and typography, across print and digital mediums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across print and digital mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling visual solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
