What we need:

Answer calls, emails, and chat requests from customers promptly and accurately.
Ask, explain, and confirm what the consumer needs and provide them with the knowledge of the solution.
Whenever necessary, provide more customer education
To guarantee that consumers' complaints are remedied, follow up with them
Using protocol and procedure, Speak with consumers in a kind, amiable, and professional manner.
