We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across various platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial growth by building and nurturing long-term client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, and executing targeted campaigns for lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively to implement sales strategies, negotiate deals, and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Execute data scraping and cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Facilitate warm introductions and cold outreach to increase network engagement.

Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies that focus on both financial gain and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align these strategies with business objectives.

Sales Funnel Execution: Execute a structured sales funnel, from initial lead generation to closing deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.

Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to optimize the sales approach and keep a competitive edge.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B lead generation, with a proven track record of success.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in English, market knowledge, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and IT industry trends.

Sales & Marketing Skills: Demonstrated success in executing targeted campaigns, managing ICPs, and working with sales funnels in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Creativity & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creative approaches to business outreach and client engagement.

Data-Driven Approach: Ability to make decisions based on data analysis, driving business strategies and achieving results.

Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
