Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of Magento-based e-commerce platforms, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Manage a team of 10 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Design and implement Magento architecture that meets client requirements and adheres to industry best practices.
Oversee plugin development and customization to extend Magento functionalities and improve system capabilities.
Develop, test, and maintain APIs for seamless integration of third-party services, enhancing overall platform functionality.
Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards, ensure high-quality deliverables, and promote best practices within the team.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project timelines, and ensure successful project execution.
Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and platform stability.
Stay informed of the latest trends and updates in e-commerce technologies and Magento advancements, and incorporate relevant improvements into projects.
