1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
2. At least 2 year of experience as Outbound Real Estate Call Center Agent.
3. Proven track of successful sales record
4. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
5. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
3. System handling skills
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
