An opportunity has come up for an IT trainer with the following responsibilities. Prior teaching experience is highly regarded.
- Proven 3+ years of IT industry experience
- Strong knowledge of IT, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, Oracle and cyber security, networking, server administration, cloud computing, and databases
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong English verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative challenges
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- A positive and adaptable attitude, always willing to go the extra mile to support the team and company
