As a Telesales Representative at Logics Labs, you’ll connect with schools, businesses, and organizations, explain our software, and help them find the best solution for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, understanding client needs, and driving software sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schools and other businesses to introduce Logics Labs' software solutions.
- Understand the unique needs of each customer and recommend the best software options, including our school management system and other business tools.
- Present product features, benefits, and value clearly and effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Familiarity with software or tech (preferred but not required).
- Experience in sales is a plus.
