We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who is passionate about crypto and enjoys helping others. You will be the first point of contact for our users, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist users with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Educate customers on platform features, security measures, and trading processes.
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and detailed information to users.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve user experience and support processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
