Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Operator at LiveGreeter in Lahore. The Chat Operator will be responsible for engaging with website visitors through live chat to provide customer service and support. The role involves addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through chat communication.

Qualifications

Customer Service, Communication, and Problem-solving skills
Strong typing and multitasking abilities
Experience with live chat platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic computer applications
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or online support roles is beneficial
