Job Objective

Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

Key Responsibilities/ Duties

Social Media Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
Define most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Work with graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales as well as Recruitment teams.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select and adapt current process to fit client needs.
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Develop and deliver social media optimization.
Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for the company's customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong project management or organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.).
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly.
Public relations, marketing, sales, and community management experience.
