To perform machining, drilling, milling and all operations related to the machine shop as per construction drawing / clients standard & specifications applicable to the products.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To follow the machine shop production priority schedule,
- Arrangement of all tools, jigs and fixtures at work place to perform machining work.
- Oiling for all moving parts prior to machining operations,
- Use of proper tooling for appropriate operation.
- Housekeeping at work places.
- Reporting to the Supervisor immediately if any breakdown of machine / Problem in performing
- machining to avoid any hold up in work.
- Preserve work all tools for reuse.
- Cleaning of machine after shift. Prior to leaving the work place,
- Transfer of identification marks on machined product for traceability.
- To adopt all standard feed, speeds jigs fixtures to perform machining work as appropriate to
- the material property.
- Inform in advance for required tools etc.

Technical

- High school graduate / ITI trade certificate
Experience
- 5-7 years' experience in Industrial machine shop with thorough knowledge of drawing, surface finish requirement.
