Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand market presence
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans and sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of business agreements and close deals
- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and market conditions
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business relationships and identify potential leads
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field preferably finance/accounting/economics
- 01 - 03 years of experience in relevant field
- Prior experience in business development and any statistical software is preferable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Essential Skills: Good statistical skills and MS Excel proficiency
This is an on-site full time role
