1-Driver will be paid on “load driven on wheels basis rate” and will get 40% share of net income on daily basis.
2-Driver will take whole responsibility of 3 wheeler loader handling,driving,preventive and corrective maintenance.
3-Driver will deliver all receipts of expenses occurred due to fuel,traffic fines,tire punctures with wheel location,parts maintenance with part location in clear and readable writing with old parts back to vehicle owner on daily basis.
4-Traffic fines will be on driver's head.
5-Accidental expenses will be on driver’s head.
6-Driver should be vigilant in using side and back mirrors in order to avoid blind hits by others in Pakistani traffic.
7-Loading on vehicle will be customer’s responsibility,if driver takes Labor for it,he will have his 100% share.
8-Should posses own LTV driving license and renewal will be on driver’s head.
9-Both Parties will maintain their own manual copy of daily income share ledger signed by both parties.
10-Driver must have his own smartphone,sim and clamping stand for Google Maps navigation for route guidence and Whatsapp for owner communication.
Smartphone and sim expenses will be on driver's head.
Job Hiring Standards :-
1-No Simpal/Pal/Neural Phone/Eric Think Phone person allowed.
2-Shouldn’t have any narcotics (cigerattes/niswar etc) consumption habit or trade of it.
3-No media house person allowed.
4-No other compensation package will be paid in form of medical,insurance or eve’s bonuses.
5-No customer with load having living creature/shape or Quranic verse on product allowed.
