Prepare and manage material orders to meet production demands.

Supervise and organize the backstage crew to ensure smooth operations.
Address discipline matters effectively to maintain a productive work environment.
Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Develop detailed production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with various departments to align production timelines with business goals.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for production scalability and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of production experience
Strong organizational and managerial skills
