    • Establish and communicate clear standards and expectations for nursing staff performance and conduct.

    • Oversee patient care delivery to ensure quality and consistency in nursing practices.
    • Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient service.
    • Address patient and family concerns to enhance satisfaction and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
    • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
    • Stay updated on best practices, legal requirements, and healthcare regulations relevant to nursing.
  4. Resource Management:

    • Manage the nursing department’s budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor resource utilization to control costs while maintaining high-quality care.
    • Coordinate with procurement for necessary supplies and equipment.
  5. Policy and Procedure Development:

    • Develop, implement, and update nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to align with evidence-based practices.
    • Collaborate with other departments to create comprehensive, hospital-wide policies.
    • Facilitate the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  6. Training and Professional Development:
