Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on property options.
Property Listings: Create and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of properties for sale or rent. Ensure all listings are accurately represented and marketed effectively.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals in the Sialkot area to enhance business opportunities.
Showings and Open Houses: Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses. Provide clients with detailed information and answer any questions they may have.
Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or renters. Utilize social media and online platforms effectively.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
