As a Business Development professional at Lean Outset, you play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client base and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. With your expertise in Sales Strategy and Customer Relationship Management, you will develop and execute targeted plans to capture opportunities within the US market. Your role is essential for building a sustainable sales pipeline that not only meets but exceeds our ambitious sales goals. In this role, you will focus on lead generation and nurturing client relationships through effective outreach and tailored solutions. You will leverage various email marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot to optimize communication efforts. By identifying potential clients, conducting insightful meetings, and closing advantageous contracts, you will contribute significantly to Lean Outsets growth trajectory. Your ability to articulate the value of our services and align them with client needs will be critical in achieving success in this position.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan targeting potential clients in the US market.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize leads through thorough research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct informative client meetings to present the companys services and customize solutions to align with specific client needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a win-win scenario for both the company and clients.
  • Utilize email marketing platforms and technologies, such as HubSpot, for effective lead nurturing and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and enhance service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the market.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and upsell opportunities.
