We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Content and Operations team in Karachi. This is a full-time, office-based role. As an Associate, you will assist with various tasks related to content posting and operational support. The ideal candidate will be involved in writing and managing web content, developing content strategies, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of web content for the company's platforms.
Develop and implement content strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
Support various operational tasks, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of services.
Provide assistance in managing the content management system (CMS) to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media content and campaigns.
Help with operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Experience in web content writing and development of content strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
Previous internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
