Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our prestigious architectural firm. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and enhancing our firm's market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the architectural industry.

Responsibilities

Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies:

Devise comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our architectural services.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Manage the firm's online presence through website content, social media, and digital marketing efforts.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including developers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.

Monitoring Performance and Reporting:

Provide regular reports and insights to management on marketing and sales activities.
Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with architects and designers to ensure proposals align with project requirements and firm capabilities.
Present proposals to clients and stakeholders in a compelling and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the architectural, design, or construction industry.
Strong understanding of architectural services, project lifecycles, and client needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
