1. Update Employee Dashboard – Google Sheets
2. Classify and update employee files
3. Process Attendance for Payroll
4. Handle Employee Contracts, Letters etc.
5. Define/Redefine employee JDs
6. Issue employee letters.
7. Conduct performance review meeting with department heads and employee.
8. Coordinate staffing & recruitment needs if & when required.
9. Other HR related tasks & duties.
Administrative Deliverables:
1. Arrange meetings & appointments
2. Organizing and assisting departments to have a structured work flow.
3. Record meeting minutes and decisions.
4. Write emails, memos and letters.
5. Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
6. Document information.
7. Ensure cleaning & maintenance is mandatory carried out.
8. Adequate office supplies in stock
9. Ensure lunch counter is organized. (Follow up with office boy)
10. Ensure occasionally fumigation is carried out.
11. Other Admin Tasks that come up.
