The ideal candidate will drive leasing strategies, cultivate tenant relationships, spearhead business development, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing strategies.
Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease terms.
Cultivate strong tenant relationships.
Lead business development efforts.
Stay updated on market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
More than 10 years of experience in real estate development.
Proven success in leasing and business development.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local market dynamics.
