Lab 8 is seeking a highly skilled No-Code Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity by developing and managing innovative no-code solutions. The ideal candidate possesses specialized knowledge in platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable, and has a strong background in creating and documenting complex automation workflows. With at least one year of hands-on experience, the No-Code Solutions Expert will work independently to tackle complex challenges, leverage integration APIs, and utilize webhooks to connect various services. This position does not require team management but demands an autonomous, proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient no-code automation workflows using platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored no-code solutions that meet business needs.
Research and integrate various APIs and webhooks to create seamless data flows between applications.
Document all automation processes and workflows clearly to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
