- To maintain the record of material receipts, issuance, and stock.
- Prepare GRNs (Good Receive Notes).
- Responsible for the staking, coding, and binning of main store material and maintaining its record.
- Responsible for all kinds of documentation related to the department, approvals and maintaining the record.
- Examine the levels of inventory to determine the shortage.
- Keep close coordination with procurement, Civil, MEP & Maintenance teams for site operations.
- To process the return of defective items.
- Must have Good command on ERP system.
- Receives store deliveries, maintains and updates the records and reports the variances (if any).
