Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Performance Marketing: Design and execute performance-driven social media advertising campaigns focused on achieving specific marketing objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed performance reports on social media campaigns, analyzing key metrics and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization, with a focus on eCommerce and services ads to drive sales and conversions. Experience with TikTok and YouTube ads is highly preferred.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, specifically working on USA-based campaigns, with particular experience in eCommerce advertising.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Content Creation Skills: Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective content creation and client interaction.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
