We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabrication Foreman to join our team and oversee our aluminum fabrication projects.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fabrication Foreman with a strong background in aluminum cladding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various aluminum systems and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage aluminum fabrication and cladding projects from start to finish.
Ensure proper installation of ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, aluminum handrails, roof cladding, glass panels, and other related components.
Oversee daily operations on the shop floor and site, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage and coordinate laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum cladding and fabrication.
In-depth knowledge of all types of aluminum systems.
Proven experience in the installation of ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, aluminum handrails, roof cladding, glass panels, and other related components.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
