We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bio Tech Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge biotechnological solutions, working on research, development, and production processes. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities in areas such as genetic engineering, bioinformatics, and molecular biology.
Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize biotechnological products and processes.
Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and product managers, to achieve project goals.
Stay updated with advancements in biotechnology and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during all phases of research and production.
Support scale-up and commercialization of biotechnology products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Proven experience in a biotech or research environment.
Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques, genetic engineering, and bioinformatics tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using relevant software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
