As a Call Center Agent at Helixnex, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support while showcasing your excellent spoken English skills.

JOB Timing : 6PM to 2AM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction Excellence: Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, actively listening to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Deliver clear and concise responses with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  2. Problem Resolution: Skillfully address customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions. Demonstrate empathy and patience in resolving queries to ensure a positive customer experience.

  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our clients. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, enhancing their confidence in our offerings.

  4. Communication Prowess: Showcase well-spoken English skills, with an ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Maintain a professional and courteous tone, contributing to a positive and inviting customer experience.

  5. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment by adapting to changes and learning new information quickly. Be open to continuous training and improvement to stay at the forefront of customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent Spoken English: Fluency in spoken English is a must. We are specifically seeking female candidates who can communicate effectively and professionally.
