We are looking to hire the services of an experienced Business Development Executive for our company WINSTORE.PK, an ecommerce platform which deals with products on Installments (BNPL).

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should be a good sales leader who can think out of the box and have a go-getter attitude;
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing sales options;
  • Identify, convert & develop successful business relationships with new clients for Sales;
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
  • Strategic planning to improve business development;
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
  • Reach out to new customers and making presentations outlining the benefits of product/ services and listen their wishes and concerns;
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking;
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and Business communities by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company;
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers;
  • Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
  • Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers;
  • Regularly achieve monthly sales targets;
  • Help to promote and maintain a positive company image;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;

 Requirements:

  • Intuitive to clients’ needs.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A background in corporate linkages, business development and sales is a plus.
  • Must understand client relationship management (CRM).
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
