PKR. 200,000 - 250,000/Month

Manage, develop and maintain small-scale through large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Ensure smooth coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants.
Communicating with sub-contractors and the procurement department on a regular basis to avoid any delay in scheduled activities.
Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure coordination with contractors, and sub-contractors as per site schedule and site requirements.
To ensure execution at the site as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure that the workmanship quality of the installations done by the service providers are within project specifications and standards and up to customer expectations.
Ensure that the service providers meet all the technical specifications with respect to civil works issues, material tests etc.
Ensure all safety measures before execution of any activity at site.
Supervising all the project activities on-site to meet up with the design requirements and as per recommended standards and practices.

Job Requirements

1. Hold at least a BE Civil degree or its equivalent in Building and Construction engineering.

2. Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in managing renovation, new works and building.

3. Having private sector experience will be an added advantage.

4. Knowledge in management of goods, works and services procurement and budget management.

5. Knowledge in architectural space sizing and planning.

6. Proven sense of analysis, research, initiatives, autonomy and good interpersonal communication skills.

7. Experience in management of works contracts and provision of various services.

8. Experience in execution of projects within a multilateral development bank and/or financial or similar institution.

9. Proficient in the use of standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Practical knowledge of SAP systems will be an advantage.

10. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English or French preferably with a good working knowledge of the other language.
