We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor who can manage different kinds of responsibilities including supporting the professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.

Having knowledge of Student counseling for foreign education is a plus.
having Product knowledge of UK, China, Turkey, Italy, France, Spain & Hungary etc.
Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & Facebook and provide relevant information.
Convert Inquiries into mature cases
Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
Assistance in admissions and visa applications.
Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online Queries, Visitors
Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give follow-up where necessary
Excellent active listening and communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

Student Counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
