We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Machine Operator / Helper to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and supporting daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating machines and equipment under the supervision of senior operators.
Load and unload materials into machines for processing.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions to the operator or supervisor.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Assist in quality checks and ensure products meet company standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the machine operator or supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of machine operations is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and manual labor.
Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours, if required.
