Description of Job Duties 

  •  Understand and translate business cases into concepts and technical specifications
  •  Create, review, and update development requirements 
  •  Communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with their strategy and business needs
  •  Plan short and long term project implementation, setting targets to accomplish proposed deadlines
  •  Lead IT systems implementation, integration, and testing between Business and Technical teams for requirements management
  •  Identify, clarify, and resolve conflicting requests with key stakeholders
  •  Design and lead QA tests to validate requirements against business needs
  •  Conduct data and process analysis to ensure the quality of IT solutions
  •  Coordinate prompt incident management to ensure business continuity
  •  Lead and develop high-level workflows, technical design documents and user guides
  •  Deliver timely reports or information requests 
  •  Identify, provide feedback, and implement strategies on issues and improvement opportunities
  •  Propose and generate technological solutions that adapt to the stakeholders needs, identifying improvement opportunities focused on the systems optimization.

Skills & Requirements

  •  Background of the Senior IT Project Manager
  •  Highly articulate with an excellent command of both oral and written English
  •  Experience with requirements/project management for IT solutions
  •  Proven experience with data analysis
  •  Advanced knowledge on process design and modeling 
  •  Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook 
  •  Experience with G-Suite environment: Google Drive, Docs, Conference and Mail
  •  Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  •  Experience with [Zoho] CRM is a plus
  •  Experience with Real Estate or finance systems is a plus
