  • Keep a database of all vendors for smooth administrational work
  • Make sure that all the procurement is cost effective.
  • Make sure the office is properly cleaned and is in good condition all the time.
  • Outdoor visits to banks and other places as and when required.
  • Must maintain proper documentation of all work.
  • Maintenance of Vehicles.
