We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Officer to assist our operations and oversee all areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and customer demands
  • Manage operational processes and assist operational personnel
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Conduct performance evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience as a controller, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with security processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Shift pattern 4 on , 4 off days & nights

Please note this role requires working night hours, answering calls, working from our Islamabad/Rawalpindi Office
