- Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, editing images, and updating inventory details.
- Process online orders, track shipping, and handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Provide customer support by answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine checks to ensure that all product pages are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the client.
- Handle phone calls, including receiving messages and routing calls as required.
- Perform data entry and manage client databases with high accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute business-related documents such as reports and presentations.
Skills & Qualification:
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Independent and proactive approach to solving problems.
