We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Content Creation and Management:
Create and manage digital content across various platforms including the company website, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

SEO and SEM:

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
Work with development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Social Media Management:

Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Manage and coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.

Timing 6pm to 3am (Night Shift)
