We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth and profitability. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective business strategies.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored marketing solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue goals.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and business processes.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
    • Provide regular updates to management on business development progress and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate or marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in the real estate marketing sector.
