Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Create Visual Content:

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and presentations.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and designs.

Branding and Identity:

  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines in all designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that designs align with the brand’s tone and messaging.

Design for Digital Media:

  • Create designs optimized for web and social platforms, ensuring mobile responsiveness and user experience considerations.
  • Develop visual assets for social media ads, info graphics, and other digital content.

Print Media:

  • Design brochures, flyers, banners, and other printed materials ensuring high-quality output for print.
  • Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure design accuracy and quality in the final product.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop concepts and execute designs.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, and revise designs based on feedback.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and software to ensure fresh, innovative designs.
  • Apply knowledge of current trends in visual design, user experience (UX), and web design best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (digital, print, branding).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photo shop, Illustrator, In design).
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
