Assist Jubilee Health clients at the panel hospitals
Coordination with the Case Managers for progress and prognosis on the patient's cases
Assist Case Managers and keep updated about the progress of patients on a daily basis
Coordination with Approval Centre Staff and Doctors for issuance of Credit Letters
Coordinate with Hospital Management for expedite dissemination of discharge patients' bills
Coordination with Hospital Management and assist them on panel hospital issues
Claims Investigations / Verifications for all the cases
Coordinate with the Corporate Office of Hospitals for a Smooth Admission and Discharge Process
Meet patient/attendant at the time of Hospital Visit
Handle Client Queries as Per the Defined Terms and Conditions of the Policy
Facilitate in Resolving Issues with the assistance of an authorized person and shall ensure that the same problem does not occur again
Provide protocol at the time of admission/treatment etc. to MDs, DMDs, Directors Etc. of Jubilee Health clients
