Responsibilities:
Claims Assessor As Part Of Claim Committee 1 Member:
- Assessment of In-Patient and Out-Patient Claims
- Assessment to be completed within the pre-defined turnaround time.
- Health Camps to be conducted when arranged at the client’s request.
- Visit selected clients’ premises for claims assessment when required.
Approving Authority At The Approval Centre:
- Assessment of all intimations received from network hospitals within a specified turnaround time.
- Communicate clear and specific information to the Hospital / Client when calling for a requirement or when declining an admission.
- Respond to clients and Hospital related queries promptly on phone and via email.
