We are is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for expertise in the masterbatch industry. A background in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Polymer/Chemical Engineering is highly desirable, along with proficiency in point-of-sale tools and lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the B2B sector.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Utilize lead generation tools and techniques to identify and qualify potential clients.
Leverage industry knowledge to target the masterbatch and polymer sectors effectively.
Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Develop and monitor sales forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Polymer/Chemical Engineering (preferred).
Experience: 4-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with preference for candidates with masterbatch industry exposure.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in point-of-sale tools and lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with the polymer and masterbatch market is a plus.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or industry-specific courses are advantageous.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
