We are is seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations and manage B2B accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in accounts management, a graduate degree in CA Inter/ACCA or MBA in Accounting, and expertise in accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the accounts department and ensure the accuracy of all financial records and transactions.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain strong cash flow management.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports for senior management.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate financial policies.
Conduct audits and support external audit processes as required.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
Train and mentor the accounts team to maintain high performance standards.
Additionally, Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to streamline financial operations.

Requirements

A CA Inter/ACCA or MBA in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration.
5-7 years of proven experience in B2B accounts management.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Tax Returns.
Must have a strong command on Tax Regulations.
