We are seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatrician with ICU management expertise for placements in government hospitals across Saudi Arabia, including cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in an advanced healthcare setting, providing critical and comprehensive care to young patients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage ICU cases for pediatric patients, providing specialized and intensive care as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for critically ill children.
- Lead and guide medical staff, including residents and nurses, in pediatric intensive care procedures.
- Monitor and adjust treatments based on patient progress, ensuring adherence to international care standards.
Requirements:
- MBBS with specialized qualifications in pediatrics and ICU management experience (FCPS, FRCS, or equivalent).
- Valid medical license and certifications.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pediatric Consultant with ICU experience.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient and family care.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to Saudi Arabia’s healthcare environment.
Skill Set:
- Critical Care Proficiency: Skilled in managing complex pediatric ICU cases, including ventilation and life-support.
- Diagnostic Accuracy: Proficient in interpreting pediatric diagnostics and monitoring equipment.
- Emergency Response: Expertise in emergency procedures like intubation and line insertions.
- Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
