We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team for an exciting real estate campaign targeting clients in the USA and Canada. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Internal Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, developing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within our sales department.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a proven sales track record. This position requires working the night shift and comes with a competitive salary package, plus bonuses based on performance. You will be assisting potential buyers and investors in the USA and Canada by promoting real estate opportunities and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the USA and Canada, offering them tailored real estate solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic communication.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient processing of sales orders.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and report on progress regularly.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in sales, particularly in an internal or customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working the night shift to cater to USA and Canada clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Basic Salary: 60,000 PKR per month
