The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a willingness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training on international visa regulations, and a genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving their travel objectives.

Responsibilities:

Maintain meticulous records of our clients and monitor the status of their applications, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
Compile and verify the necessary documents from clients, adhering to a comprehensive checklist.
Assist clients in obtaining any missing documents, ensuring that all application requirements are met.
Complete visa application forms for various countries, demonstrating a solid understanding of visa rules and associated fees.
Facilitate the scheduling of appointments with embassies as needed.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in accounting or a technical field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in teaching or similar roles being advantageous.
Strong ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
